1. Return Window
You have 7 to 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a successful return for your Household or Tech products:
- The item must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- For Gadgets/Electronics: The factory seal must not be broken (unless the item is defective).
- For Interior/Household Items: The product must not show any signs of use or assembly.
- All accessories, manuals, and free gifts included with the product must be returned.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
- Damaged items due to customer misuse or improper handling of gadgets.
- Personalized or custom-made interior decor items.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.).
- Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a gadget or household item that is broken or not working, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the defect. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
